Returns Policy

Customers may return Delbana products purchased through our website within thirty (30) days of the order date. Returns are at the customer’s expense and will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all protective stickers and tags attached.

• The original Delbana box, packaging, and all accompanying accessories and documentation must be included.

• Returns will not be accepted if the product shows any signs of wear, use, or alteration from its original state.

• Delbana is unable to refund any bank fees, transaction costs, or currency conversion charges applied by the customer’s payment provider.

Once the return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
