All Delbana watches are produced to order and shipped according to the delivery option selected during checkout. The estimated delivery time provided at purchase is indicative and may vary depending on production and shipping conditions.

Pricing & Taxes by Region

• Switzerland: All prices shown include VAT. No additional taxes or duties are due upon delivery.

• European Union (EU): All prices are shown excluding VAT. Shipments are made on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means that VAT and any applicable customs duties are not included and must be paid by the recipient upon import.

• Poland: Shipments are made on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. All taxes, VAT, and customs duties are included in the price and covered by Delbana, with no additional charges upon delivery.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes (General Information)

For destinations where DAP applies, customs duties and import VAT are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are collected once the shipment reaches the destination country.

Customs regulations vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further details. Please note that Delbana has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

International Shipments

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections upon arrival in the destination country, which can occasionally cause delays.
